Two separate records are kept. One lists which units have responded, so nobody votes twice. The other holds the answers. They share no key and are never joined — so this site cannot tell anyone how your unit voted. Not "won't". Cannot.
You may add your name to your answers if you want them quotable. That is the only way a name is ever attached, and it is entirely your choice.
